How to use:
Before use, open meat holder by pressing smooth side of pin. Meat holder will open wider after that grasp piece of meat and hold firmly, put knife between the teeth of the holder and start cut meat to even slices using all six gaps. For storage clutch meat holder and lock it by pressing circles marked side of the pin.
